YoungRUG is looking for a new active member!

13 March 2025

Would you like to expand your network within the university, get to know the UG better as an organization and help us organize events? This is your chance to become an active member at YoungRUG!

Interested? Let us know before 28 March 2025 by sending an e-mail with a short motivation to young@rug.nl!

Faculties and services

YoungRUG aims to select a diverse group of active members. A potential new active member from a faculty/service not yet represented by a current active member, may be given preference over a candidate from an already represented faculty/service. Right now we do not have active members from the following:

  • Faculty of Economics and Business
  • Faculty of Religion, Culture and Society
  • Faculty of Spatial Sciences
  • Faculty of Philosophy
  • Campus Fryslân
  • University College
  • University of Groningen Library
  • Center for Information Technology

It is strongly recommended that a new active member discusses their involvement with YoungRUG with their manager to obtain official approval.
